WARRANTY & TRADE-IN POLICY

If the diamond is lost from its original mounting due to an original defect in material or workmanship and is not due to any fault of the wearer, the Gold & Diamond Source will replace the diamond up to a limit of five-thousand dollars($5000.00), at no charge to the customer providing the following conditions are met.

(a)The item(s) in questions HAVE NOT been worked on or repaired by another jeweler.

(b) The mounting must be returned to the Gold & Diamond Source for examination and determination.

(c)The items are encouraged, but not required,to have had a recorded inspection every 6 months.

(d) Refusal to have any repair that may be needed to the item(s) by the Gold & Diamond Source at the time of inspection VOIDS the Limited Replacement Guarantee in its entirety.

(e) This guarantee provides for replacement only, No refunds are available.

(f) If the lost diamond is later found, it shall belong to and be immediately returned to the Gold & Diamond Source.

*No other warranty or guarantee is to be honored or implied other than stated herein by the Gold & Diamond Source or its representative.

LIFETIME DIAMOND TRADE IN POLICY

With our exclusive 100% diamond trade-in policy, you may trade in your diamond(s) purchased from the Gold & Diamond Source toward another diamond(s) of equal or greater value at any time. Your trade-in value is the original purchase price, plus tax. The lifetime trade-in policy is valid for in-store and in-stock diamonds only and does not include online diamonds. Qualifying items include diamond solitaire rings, diamond solitaire earrings, diamond solitaire pendants, center diamonds only mounted in a diamond semi mounting, and center diamonds only in diamond bridal sets.

MISPRINTS / PRICING ERRORS / ONLINE DISCOUNTS

It is never our intent to advertise with incorrect pricing or information. We make every attempt to ensure the accuracy of the prices and information on our site. However, mistakes can and do happen. We are not responsible for errors and reserve the right to correct them. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders placed due to any pricing error.

Under common law, when an order is placed online, it is not a binding agreement until it is shipped. ;In the event there is a pricing error, we will either contact you with the correct information or cancel the order. Gold & Diamond Source will only honor pricing errors where the item is shipped prior to the error's discovery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Items that are discounted online cannot be combined with any other offer, sale discount, or promotion.

MOUNTING GUARANTEE

For twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your diamond against all defects in material or workmanship. In addition, we will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this period. The twelve (12) month mounting guarantee is valid for in-store purchases only. It does not apply to online mounting purchases, which is 30 days.

FREE LIFETIME CLEANING & INSPECTIONS

The purchaser/recipient is entitled to receive free cleaning and inspection on any diamond item purchased at the Gold & Diamond Source at any time. Inspections are encouraged, but not required, for warranty purposes at least every six months from date of purchase to maintain the Limited Replacement Guarantee. Free cleaning and inspection is valid for in-store purchases only.

ONLINE PURCHASES

All online purchases are warranted for 30 days. If an item you purchased online needs repair, our expert jewelers can repair the item for you. Hollow gold or semi solid items are not under warranty and there is a fee if a repair is needed. Please get in touch with us with any questions.
